The JetBrains–BEST Madrid Carlos III BE.Hackathon is a training and technology-focused event that combines competition, hands-on learning, and collaboration with the software industry.

During this intensive event, participants will work in teams to develop innovative solutions related to the development of IDEs (Integrated Development Environments), addressing real challenges proposed by JetBrains. The use of any programming language is allowed, encouraging creativity and technical diversity in the proposed solutions.

At the end of the hackathon, each team will present their project in either Spanish or English before a jury composed of company representatives, who will evaluate the solutions and select the winning teams.

The hackathon offers a prize pool, which will be distributed among the winning teams:

• 250€ per person in the winning team.
• 200€ per person for the runner-up team.
• 150€ per person for the team in third place.

The program includes:

• Development of technological projects using agile methodologies and professional development tools.
• Technical workshops and mentoring sessions delivered by industry professionals.
• Networking opportunities with company representatives and fellow students.
