Datathon means using your computing and quantitative reasoning skills in order to solve a challenge over a limited period of time. You will be able to use a given set of data in order to tackle a specific issue whose results you will then present to the interested party.

If Data Analytics is a field which interests you, then you’ve found your place here. As a data-driven individual you will be able to use your talents to work towards solving today’s problems and building a better world for all.

This year, Securitas Direct will be joining us to provide the venue for the competition in their Madrid headquarters along with its topic. You will work in teams of four to tackle an issue relevant to their business while learning about the nature of their job, aims and values. You will also be able to converse with people experienced in the field and form new connections. Food catering and coffee breaks will be provided free of charge.

 
The winning team will also receive a monetary prize from BEST Madrid Carlos III along with participating in Securitas Direct’s selection process for their Verisure Internship program.
